You may upload any one of the following:

• Veteran ID card

• State driver’s license with Veteran designation

• DD-214 (please remove or cover SSN)

• Agency-issued law enforcement or first responder ID

• Redacted pay stub showing agency/department name

• Email verification sent from a .mil, .gov, or official agency address

❌ Not Accepted (Federal Law & Agency Policies)

To protect you and comply with federal law, we cannot accept:

• Photos or scans of active-duty or reserve CAC cards

• Photos or scans of dependent or retiree military IDs

• Any photocopy or digital reproduction of a DoD-issued ID

• Any agency ID from departments that forbid digital uploads
  (If unsure, use a redacted pay stub or agency email instead.)

Uploading these items is prohibited under 18 U.S. Code § 701.
If they are uploaded by mistake, they are immediately and permanently deleted.
